    Cha chas service is great . I've been to both Brea and Irvine location . I typically visit Irvine location . I love the fact the owner is there frequently greeting customers and asking how there meals and service is . Good is always good . I've have almost everything on the menus My favorite is roasted chicken Drinks - watermelon Margarita my favorite.

    I've been to Cha Cha's many times for their food, drinks, and ambiance throughout the years. But I've never been compelled to write a review for them until now. I don't know if many people feel this way but it's tough to get great customer service anywhere nowadays since the pandemic. And let me tell you, Cha Cha's service is amazing and is even better than when I came across year ago! Ryan, my server, was sweet, attentive and gave his suggestions on appetizers and entrees but was never pushy. He has such a great demeanor that makes it easy to just enjoy your meal and conversations with your friends and he checks in on the table just enough times. Always a smile on his face! This review is more to give Ryan a big kudos because I actually stopped his general manager that was walking around and I gave Ryan a compliment to him and thought I would go the extra mile today to write a Yelp review, too. Lo and behold his manager said Ryan was really new! I said well, you better hold onto him cuz the last guy I had last year was really pushing the apps and margaritas! Lastly, the fresh guacamole, watermelon margarita, and the taco trios tasted great! I had gotten shrimp, mushrooms, and steak! Would recommend!

    We came here on a Sunday. They had special brunch for 29 per person (you ll get one starter and a signature dish). The service here was excellent. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They also had kods menu which was perfect for family. For appetizer I highly recommend the crisp shrimp and calamari. It was really good with the sauce. My husband got "fresh catch of the day" which was the halibut and it was great. I got the three tacos (short rib, shrimp and carnitas). They also have a large selection of drinks as well. We ll definitely come back to try the drinks.

    first time at cha cha's and the food and service was a 5/5!! Carlos' service was fantastic and the shrimp tacos were amazing! Would definitely come again
